Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of staff (no more than 3 FTEs per site) at multiple small sites to ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service.
Provide support to other programs when needed (ex. SEAL, IDDEX, LAB, and Acute and Non-Acute sectors).
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customer needs and expectations are met by ensuring product quality, inventory levels, and staff interactions are aligned with or exceed expectations.
Address escalations and ensure smooth operations.
Initial point of contact for management, sales and customers on matters concerning functional areas.
Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet the established production schedules and service levels.
Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders. Ensure overall quality of the items delivered.
Create all needed paperwork, the completion of all required functions and the electronic receipt of finished goods. Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions that apply.
Participate in assessments for existing and new customers (i.e., reviewing current service performance, conducting site visits / virtual audits, participating in interviews with customer stakeholders, and help planning and documenting new implementations).
Conduct site audits and annual physical inventory.
Monitor expenses and ensure operations are within budgetary guidelines.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven activities for customers and teams (POWs, SOPs, Training, Root Cause Analysis, Etc.)
On-boarding & Training. Travel to new site locations within region to train staff, establish procedures and evaluate needs of the customer.
Work to maintain overall employee morale and motivation.
Management responsibilities :
Responsible for the day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees.
Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 4 years of supply chain or warehouse / inventory experience.
Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively in order to meet deadlines.
Previous inventory tracking software experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Position requires travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position :
$62,400.00 - $90,480.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
