A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (AMER) to enhance their global value transfer infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Perform technical troubleshooting to identify bugs and configuration issues in client integrations
Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs and client feedback
Build internal tools and create alerts to improve support efficiency and monitor API health
Required Qualifications
Over 3 years of experience in technical client-facing support, solutions engineering, or software development
Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, websockets, and webhooks
Ability to write SQL queries for data analysis from internal databases
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python, Javascript / Typescript, Golang, or Rust
Experience with logging, documentation, ticket tracking, and SLA monitoring tools
