Position Overview : We are seeking compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Atlanta, Augusta, and Columbus, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and ABA therapists.
• Implement, monitor, and modify treatment programs as needed.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of treatment programs.
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and industry standards.
