A company is looking for an Agile Specialist (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead continuous planning for supported teams

Track project milestones and dependencies to ensure timely delivery

Promote Agile best practices and coordinate communication among teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years' experience in an Agile environment with methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

Experience with JIRA and Agile performance metrics

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
