Lead Business Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Business Ops Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Leads and supports multiple projects, designing processes and providing data analytics products

Develops recommendations to solve business operations issues and communicates with other departments

Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis for MTSS analytics and presents findings to clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or additional relevant years of experience required

7+ years of related experience in education, MTSS, information technology, or business operations

Expertise or ability to independently learn EDPlan concepts and practices

Strong analytical and data analysis skills

Ability to manage multiple projects within a specific timeline and budget
