A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support project delivery and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and track projects for various team members and ensure accurate program paperwork
Perform data entry, track program data, and maintain data quality within Salesforce
Assist with scheduling inspections, meetings, and support special projects or process improvements
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in operations coordination or related roles
Strong experience in an office or desk-based administrative environment
Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
