Key Responsibilities :

Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across commercial, industrial, and federal sites

Interpret and implement blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications

Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local electrical safety codes

Supervise and mentor journeymen and apprentice electricians

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely reporting

Ensure high standards of safety and quality on all job sites

Participate in estimating and project planning as needed

Familiarity pulling permits

Qualifications :

Valid Master Electrician License (required)

Extensive experience in commercial, industrial, or federal electrical projects

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools

Knowledge of NEC and other regulatory requirements

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
