Senior Analyst, Audit and Compliance

What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Analyst, Audit and Compliance at XPO Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of relevant experience 2 years of experience working with federal requirements and / or regulatory matters; experience working closely with legal, compliance, and audit partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) Experience in creating or updating work instructions Ability to reliably manage highly confidential information Ability to process information given in an effective and concise manner Preferred qualifications : Experience with employment eligibility verification Knowledge of GDPR and privacy laws Experience with drug screens; experience with applicant tracking system(s) Ability to work systematically and use own initiative Able to work with little supervision Ability to work collaboratively and be accountable to team goals About the Senior Analyst, Audit and Compliance job Pay, benefits and more : Competitive compensation package Full health insurance benefits are available on day one Life and disability insurance Earn up to 15 days of PTO over your first year 10 paid company holidays 401(k) option with company match Education assistance Opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you’ll do on a typical day : Provide employment eligibility verification support from a compliance perspective to the business, including tracking and addressing compliance issues with I-9 Develop and / or train I-9 administrators as needed Conduct regular I-9 completion audits Support compliance with U.S. regulations on mandatory job listings Research changes in employment and privacy regulations related to HR policies to analyze impacts to the organization Maintain and test SOX control narratives, including assisting the director with SOX control evaluations Participate in walkthroughs of business processes and identify risks across HR Operations Collaborate with other functional areas like Legal in the delivery of compliance programs Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams in a fast-paced environment Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and / or necessary #HYBRID About XPO XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets.
