Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support : Act as the right hand to the CBO—manage priorities, coordinate daily workflow, and anticipate needs.
- Calendar & Travel : Oversee a high-volume, ever-changing schedule and handle complex travel logistics end-to-end.
- Communication : Draft polished correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with speed and accuracy.
- Meetings & Events : Manage logistics for board meetings, offsites, and industry events—ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
- Project Management : Track deadlines and deliverables, organize confidential materials, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Interface with executives, partners, and artists—delivering white-glove service with professionalism and discretion.
- Operational Efficiency : Continuously refine systems and processes to improve productivity and organization.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in entertainment, VC, or high-growth industries.Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.Poise and discretion when handling confidential or high-stakes matters.Comfort juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment.Proficiency in Google Suite, Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, and related tools.Willingness to work flexibly (evenings / weekends) to support events or travel schedules.Bachelor’s degree preferred.If you’re passionate about the business of music and thrive in an entrepreneurial, creative environment—this is your chance to play a key role behind the scenes at one of the most influential forces in modern entertainment.
