Patient Connection Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Connection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Answer calls efficiently using standard greetings and protocols

Maintain knowledge of database applications while ensuring patient privacy

Facilitate patient requests and engage in active listening to identify caller needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM / EMR software preferred

Superior customer service skills and / or call center experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
