Sigma Defense is seeking a talented, former Navy Surface Warfare Officer to join the SMWDC team. The candidate must have at least a decade of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer.
• 5+ years of recent experience in technical writing or writing Project Objective Memorandum (POM) issues.
• 3+ years of recent experience in the acquisition community or with the Government's POM process.
• 5+ years of experience with Combat Systems; its components and instructions.
• 5+ years of experience with Command and Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement, and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets.
• Experience as a WTI (AMW or ASW / SUW) qualified officer preferred. (Aviation Officer Qualification is acceptable)
• Experience with Staff and Fleet operations and planning procedures.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Personnel Clearance Level : Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance. Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Essential Job Duties

Salary Range

$100,000 - $125,000 annually.
