Marketing Product Manager

In this role, you will help shape and communicate narratives that inspire and empower founders, investors, and innovation-driven audiences. You will manage the full lifecycle of marketing asset creationfrom intake and strategy through publishing and promotionensuring that every piece of content aligns with the company's mission to tell powerful startup and product stories. Working cross-functionally with product, strategy, and creative teams, you'll translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging and deliver assets that drive visibility, engagement, and business impact. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about combining creativity with data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation, management, and delivery of marketing assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, web copy, talk tracks, and other materials supporting product and startup storytelling.
• Lead the messaging and positioning of products, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with broader business strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end process of marketing asset developmentfrom intake and prioritization to publication and promotion.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams in product, business planning, pricing, and strategy to define and communicate product value propositions.
• Oversee customer evidence collection and integration into marketing materials to strengthen product narratives and credibility.
• Track and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing based on insights and data.
• Maintain a structured workflow to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.

Salary Range : Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state : $28 to $31.25 USD hourly. The final salary and job title for this opening will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
