Network Engineer
A client in the live entertainment industry is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This team is responsible for the maintenance and development of the network infrastructure, including wireless and telephony.
This person will be responsible for replacing legacy switches with the newest Cisco model switches (9k). They are going through a large system upgrade, currently in phase 2 upgrading cisco switches and routers to 9k.
This person will assist in setting up the physical infrastructure.
Must Haves :
Significant experience configuring and managing Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers and Meraki wireless access points, and security gateways.
Experience troubleshooting complex network, voice, and internet connectivity issues including packet capture and analysis.
Cisco Wireless, Cisco Voice)
High documentation standards, including configuration documentation for supported systems, standard operational procedures, request for change, and service incident documentation.
Compensation :
$55 / hr to $58 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
