Location : Bay Area, CA or Michigan. This is a strategic role shaping legal strategy within a dynamic multinational corporation. US-qualified lawyer with significant international arbitration and litigation experience. Regional arbitration experience in Hong Kong or Singapore is a plus for candidates seeking to return to the U.S. Strong communication and cross-cultural skills are essential; Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
