Social Media / Marketing Manager

Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Marketing / Social Media Manager with a background in the medical field, specifically dermatology, to drive our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing ROI through enhanced social media presence and be adept at managing various platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and social media strategies tailored to the dermatology sector.
  • Create engaging content and manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and blog posts.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Increase ROI through strategic social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the dermatology market.
  • Report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in marketing or social media management, preferably within the medical or dermatology field.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and content creation for blog posts.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing ROI through effective social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications or additional training in dermatology or medical marketing are a plus.
