You will draw high-quality blood samples, guide patients with empathy, and ensure specimens are processed efficiently and accurately. Your ability to operate with compassion, confidentiality, and accuracy will be key to delivering a positive patient experience .
Key Responsibilities
Collect forensic and clinical specimens with precision and professionalismExplain blood draw procedures and reassure patientsVerify and label specimens while maintaining strict confidentialityMaintain records and document patient interactions accuratelyEnsure compliance with health and safety standardsTravel as needed to cover nearby Patient Service Centers or in-office sitesCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality serviceUphold organization's Everyday Excellence Guiding PrinciplesRequired Experience
3+ years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric and geriatric collections2+ years in Patient Service Center environments preferredExperience in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, healthcare, or service industries)Keyboard / data entry skillsNice-to-Have Experience
In-office or mobile phlebotomy coverageDiagnostic or healthcare provider environment experienceRequired Skills
Excellent venipuncture skills across diverse age groupsStrong customer service orientationAbility to work independently and travel locallyFlexible to work weekends, holidays, on-call, or overtime if neededStrong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple prioritiesPreferred Skills
