Job Description

SmartShield Homes has an immediate opening for a Senior Technical Specialist in one of Florida's largest A / V companies. Join a company that provides continuous training with a focus on career growth in the fast-moving, ever-changing world of A / V, networking, and smart home electronics. Work with leading-edge brands such as Control4, Lutron, Sony, and B & W.

Responsibilities

• Installation and programming of equipment per job specification
• Properly demonstrate the system to a client and obtain sign-off for training / service completion
• Supervise installation team
• Provide system design input
• Company assets such as tools, proprietary software
• Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service
• Attention to project timeline and scheduling impact
