A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Field incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients regarding pricing, billing, and product information
Manage membership applications, account setup, and transition clients to Sales Development Representatives
Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
BA / BS degree or international equivalent preferred
1 year of sales experience preferred
