Wholesale Product Specialist

In this role, you'll work closely with commercial paint customers to identify their needs, offer expert guidance on Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the ideal solutions. This position is for a full-time role at Store #2275, located at : 1266 E. Butler Road Greenville, SC 29607.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Build and maintain productive, trusting relationships with wholesale customers.
• Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Retrieve and prepare products from inventory, including tinting and mixing to customer specifications.
• Keep store equipment clean and maintain shelves and displays.
• Assist with deliveries and manage stock levels in your assigned areas.
• Stay informed about product offerings and provide knowledgeable guidance.
• Propose sales improvement strategies to contribute to business success.
