Telecom Engineer

A company is looking for a Telecom Engineer II to design, implement, and maintain telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary link between IT and Business Operations, gathering requirements and developing solutions

Support system administration and drive improvements to telecom services through process and technology enhancements

Design, implement, and support call flows that integrate with third-party platforms

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in designing and supporting Contact Centers, preferably in multi-tenant environments

Deep expertise in NICE inContact infrastructure and architecture

Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP protocols, and voice network protocols

Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Intune MDM administration

Experience with CTI integration and advanced communication technologies is a plus
