We are currently seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to support the DIA-National Digital Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC) under our 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract. Become a vital member of a mission-driven, innovative, and adaptive team that values collaboration and professional growth. In this role, you will contribute to the testing and development of software for various task orders, including the cutting-edge DOMEX Data Discovery Platform (D3P) and the POSTMAN OSINT Workflow management platform. D3P offers next-generation machine learning capabilities for data enrichment, triage, and analytics, while POSTMAN integrates D3P with end-to-end workflow management for OSINT practitioners across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. While most of your work will take place at our client location in Bethesda, MD, we provide flexible scheduling options, and some tasks may be completed remotely based on client needs.

As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with Release Managers and Scrum Leads to support essential tasks, including :

• Maintaining the Software Configuration Management (CM) Repository for efficient integration and deployment of software builds.
• Ensuring compliance with requirements and audit standards across both low- and high-side CM Repositories.
• Implementing and enforcing CM processes across the IDIQ.
• Overseeing the Configuration Management Plan and Quality Control Plan.
• Managing additional Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) as necessary.
• Conducting baseline audits to validate compliance with the Configuration Management Plan.
• Collaborating with Release Managers & Release Team on planning, execution, and documentation for releases.
• Preparing, inspecting, and delivering deployment documentation packages, including release notes and user materials.
• Coordinating with Infrastructure to manage software products, including licenses and renewals.
• Working with the PMO to provide administrative support for team certifications and access.
• Partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct regular quality audits.
• Serving as Data Transfer Officer to oversee DTOs / RHRs / RMCs.
• Managing and streamlining various paperwork processes.
• Coordinating and reviewing all documentation for the IDIQ with relevant SMEs.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
