Here we grow again!! Are you ready to lead a Community Support Team (CST)

Empowerment Quality Care Services is seeking two (2) Full Time LCSW / LCSWA, LMFT / LMFT-A or LCMHC / LCMHC-A clinicians to Lead two new Community Support Teams. This position will require supervisory and collaborative work with a team of mental health professionals. CST is a community-based service that serves individuals with mental health and or substance use disorders. This position requires exceptional assessment, verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills. Must pose strong time management skills. We are offering a Signing Bonus!

  • Manage a team of mental health professionals
  • Report to Community based Clinical Director
  • Ensure that the Team : consults with identified professionals, family members and others perform effect treatment team meetings and monitor the status of the member served in relationship to their treatment goals
  • Conduct a full team CST Team Meetings
  • Meet with initial CST consumers weekly for the first 30 days (may be less for consumers already attending CST)
  • Conduct individual Case Reviews with QPs quarterly, or more often as needed, in order to assist with development of PCPs and monitor services
  • Provide ongoing support and weekly supervision to team
  • Monitor staff compliance with Medicaid standards and company protocols
  • Monitor authorization dates and be proactive with authorizations for your team
  • Complete updates and Addendums for all authorizations for the team
  • Lead team on treatment modality with interventions
  • Conference with dissatisfied and concerned consumers regarding their services
  • Weekly Supervision with Director of Operations and CST team members
