The Redmond Super 8 is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at our hotel. The idea candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their stay.

Duties :

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Assist guests with check in and check out processess efficiently
• Handle guests inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Operate phone systems to answer calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Perform night audit duties to ensure accuracy in guest billing and accounting processes
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
