Job Summary

The Front Of House Manager, reporting directly to the Executive Chef / Chef Manager, holds duties related to assisting with day to day operations at our client venue. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership and ensures outstanding food and beverage quality, customer experience and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains, leads, and develops FOH staff
• Supports budget, inventory, office administration, ordering, accounts payable and vendor management.
• Manages with catering events
• Leads FOH, snack, beverage and coffee program in conjunction with the culinary and marketing team
• Maintains a positive working relationship with staff, culinary management team and both BOH and FOH team members.
• Works with vendors to increase positive cost results
• Works in conjunction with the client to ensure the experience is correct to maximize participation in the caf space.
• Oversees and is single point of contact for the FOH daily operations, cleanliness of the serving areas and pantry / coffee inventory levels
