Job description
Our client is an international law firm with a long established Bay Area presence. They have friendly energetic management that are accessible and always open to fresh ideas. They are currently seeking an IT Training Specialist that is be based in their San Francisco office.

This role designs, delivers, and manages technology-focused e-learning programs for lawyers and staff to drive adoption and effective use of firm systems. This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to translate change initiatives into engaging, scalable training delivered through the Firm’s LMS.

This role has 2 anchor days in the office and 3 days remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement e-learning programs supporting firmwide technology initiatives.
  • Partner with IT leadership and subject matter experts to translate change management needs into training solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and deploy e-learning content and curricula within the Firm’s LMS.
  • Support high-visibility IT projects with training strategy, rollout planning, and end-user communications.
  • Monitor training usage, adoption metrics, and effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor-provided e-learning content, integrations, testing, and LMS compatibility.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-learning, instructional design, or technology training, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Hands-on experience developing, administering, and reporting within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong instructional design expertise with a focus on adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
  • Technical proficiency with e-learning tools, multimedia development, and basic HTML/audio/video editing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Salary: Up to 110K, may have some flexibililty depending on experience.
