Ironwood Design Group is seeking a highly motivated Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to join our growing firm in Atlanta.

We represent over 70 years of experience in Landscape Architecture and Land Planning. Our practice covers the following areas : Corporate and Commercial Environments, Residential Communities, Streetscapes and Public Spaces, Parks and Recreation, Hospitality and Resorts, and Therapeutic Gardens.

Our efforts also extend to solution-based services such as Conservation and LEED Design, Green Infrastructure, Master Planning, Reclamation, Urban Design, and Project Management. Ironwood Design Group is affiliated with national and local organizations, including ASLA, the Atlanta Apartment Association, USGBC, and ULI.

As a Landscape Designer at Ironwood, you will :

• Prepare planning and site design that aligns with Ironwood's commitment to sustainable design.
• Perform site analysis, including surveys of existing conditions and field measurements.
• Conceptualize across a broad range of scales and project types, from master-planned communities to urban environments at both planning and detailed site design levels.
• Ensure tasks are completed according to Ironwood’s standards.
• Prepare contract documents, including details, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Produce amendments, addenda, and bulletins.
• Assist in preparing adaptations and technical alternatives for project team review.
• Collaborate with and assist junior staff in the completion of projects.
• Utilize your skills in design application software.
