Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Be the hero on-site : Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Makino machines at customer facilities.
• Train users like a pro and share your tech knowledge with customers who count on you.
• Bridge the gap between Makino and the customer - you're our front line and our friendly face.
• Document what you do like a detail-loving detective.
• Work with our Customer Support tech systems and lend your smarts to our Knowledge Products team.
