We're hiring a Senior Retail Operations Specialist to run the daily engine behind Grns retail fulfillment. You'll ensure every order ships accurately, on time, and in full protecting revenue, keeping retailers happy, and preventing costly headaches before they happen. This role connects all the moving parts : internal ops, 3PLs, logistics partners, and retail accounts, making sure product flows cleanly from warehouse to shelf with zero surprises.

You'll own 3PL performance, support new retail launches, manage EDI workflows, and build the processes that keep our retail operations scalable as we grow. This role reports directly to our Director of Retail Operations. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In This Role, You Will :

• Own day-to-day retail operations and fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and delivered OTIF (on time, in full) to retail partners.
• Manage 3PL and logistics partner relationships, maintaining SLAs, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to reduce errors and costs.
• Lead retailer onboarding and launch execution, coordinating EDI setup, packaging readiness, and 3PL fulfillment to ensure smooth new account rollouts.
• Implement and document SOPs across retail operations (receiving, lot / expiry management, promotions, and returns) to standardize workflows and enable scalability.
• Track and analyze retail performance metrics, including OTIF rates, chargebacks, and end-of-month reconciliations, identifying trends and opportunities for efficiency.
• Support cross-functional alignment between Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure retail programs are executed flawlessly and retailers have a consistent, reliable experience.
• Drive continuous improvement, proactively identifying gaps in fulfillment, packaging, or retailer-specific processes and implementing solutions.

At Grns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $80,000$100,000, depending on experience.
