Summary of Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play a vital role in our community, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment that our residents are proud to call home. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in all Nursing Department functions, ensuring that our residents receive the care and support they need with daily living activities.

Shift Details
Join us with Full-time or Part-time hours available :
- 8-hour Day shifts
- 8-hour Evening shifts
- Rotating weekends
Compensation
Wage : $18 / hr - $22 / hr with a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus

Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities, including lifting, transfers, bathing, dressing, and more.Observe and document the health, behavior, and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting changes to the nurse.Respond promptly to resident call signals and determine their needs.Promote safety by maintaining a clean environment and following infection control practices.Communicate effectively with nurses regarding resident conditions and concerns.Complete required documentation in a timely manner.Provide companionship, comfort, and support to residents.Meet federal and state in-service requirements.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Knowledge and Critical Skills
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.Tactful interaction with residents, families, and the public.Capable of working with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals.Effective communication skills with supervisors, team members, and families.Education and Experience
Must possess a valid CNA license in this state.Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.Preferred : 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
