PMO Analyst (Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist)
Location : Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Role)
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly confidential PMO Analyst to support our Resource Manager in optimizing team performance and project alignment. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Resource Manager to support day-to-day resource management activities.
- Monitor and manage project allocations to ensure optimal utilization across teams.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members and facilitate constructive discussions as needed.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of individual project work and core project management principles.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all communications and decision-making processes.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for resource planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in resource management, project coordination, or related PMO functions.Proven experience in resource or project allocation and tracking.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate resource needs and take initiative.Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
