We proudly serve Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL communities and are now expanding our team. We are hiring a Director of Sales to lead our sales team. This is a full-time position offering a total compensation package of $100,000 – $300,000 per year based on experience.

This position follows a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday , with weekends required as needed.

AVERAGE DAY AS A DIRECTOR OF SALES

As a Director of Sales, you will oversee all roofing sales operations and ensure the team is consistently working toward established goals. You will recruit, train, and mentor representatives while developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share. Your day will include leading daily and weekly meetings, reviewing performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will create canvassing plans, track activity, and supervise efforts. You will also coach leaders to strengthen their leadership abilities, provide motivation to the team, and conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge. In addition, you will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure efficient processes and a strong customer experience.
