This is a hybrid, independent contract (1099) role for a Wedding & Events Coordinator located in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The coordinator will handle day-to-day event planning and coordination, including communication with clients, vendors, and staff, on-site event management, and sales.
Qualifications :
Event planning and management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Experience in the wedding and events industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software (preferred)
