Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused  Client Management Associate  to join our team. This role provides direct ownership of foundational, smaller client relationships while delivering high-quality presentation and data analysis support for larger enterprise clients in partnership with the Director of Client Management and VP of Client Management.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to analyze and visualize data, while also engaging directly with clients in a support capacity.

Responsibilities

Client Ownership – Foundational Accounts

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned small-to-mid-size clients, managing day-to-day requests, issue resolution, and routine reporting.
  • Build trust and credibility with clients by delivering timely, professional communication and solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for incremental value.
  • Support for Larger Clients

  • Partner closely with the Director and VP of Client Management to support large client accounts.
  • Create polished  PowerPoint decks  that summarize data insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze client data, generate reports, and develop  visualizations  that support decision-making and client storytelling.
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with analytics, operations, and delivery teams to gather data and insights for client reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency in reporting, content generation, and presentation development.
  • Ensure consistent quality and branding across all client-facing materials.
  • Required Skills

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, business support, or data analysis.
  • Technical Skills

  • Advanced skills in  PowerPoint  (storytelling, formatting, design) and  Excel  (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Familiarity with  data visualization tools  (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) a plus.
  • Comfort with  AI productivity tools  (Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Core Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
