Summary
The specialist will be part of People Services and has responsibility for conducting in depth review of the US / PR savings plans elections and deductions in the different systems.
Position Responsibilities
- Administration and understanding of US / PR Savings Plans to support, drive, and execute process improvements, testing and documentation of process and analysis of plan activities
- Support the Senior Specialist to ensure the indicative demographic files to be used in processing are timely and accurate
- Coordinate process improvement project plans to support delivery on time
- Familiarize themselves and ramp up on systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Fidelity PSW, Workday, etc.) to support deliverables
- Support escalation and resolution of queries, issues
- Ensure required policy and procedures documentation is in place, Knowledge Articles are streamlined and updated as needed, and provide recommendations for content articles to resolve common questions.
- Coordinates with HR, Payroll and other departments and stakeholders to communicate changes as necessary
Desired Experience Must have requirements :
3-5 years of experience with Savings Plans (401k, Thrift plans) at a plan administrator or analyst levelKnowledge of Workday and ADP or ability to quickly learn and use Workday and other related systems and applicationsAdvance practical knowledge of Excel is requiredDemonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and prioritiesExperience coordinating mid to small project plans using relevant tools and strong organization skillsKnowledge and understanding of process flows, mapping and relevant toolsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within internal and external team environmentsAbility to gain a thorough understanding of the client HR Services solution and the people who support it.Strong work ethic with ability to be results oriented and highly organizedGood communications and interpersonal skillsIdeal Candidates Would Also Have :
Preferred experience working in a HR service center environment.Other Qualifications :
