RECEIVING / SUPPLY SPECIALIST

Receiving / Supply Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Ensure safety : Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Receive and unload : Must be forklift certified
• Inspect : Check for damaged goods and verify the quantity and quality of the order and report discrepancies to Procurement Manager and corresponding department.
• Record : Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Process paperwork : Maintain records of orders, delivery details, and shipping and receiving activities
• Ship : Arrange for the transportation of products and calculate shipping costs
• Deliver : Deliver items to and from storage areas
• Organize : Organize inventory records for easy retrieval
• Communicate with vendors : Follow up on orders, and communicate delays or problems
• Coordinate : Coordinate shipping activities with external parties
