A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of company policy violations across various locations
Make recommendations regarding corrective actions, separations, and other sensitive employment matters
Support internal Employee Relations projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in complex workplace investigations, including at the executive level
5+ years of HR and Employee Relations experience in corporate and retail environments
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred : Juris Doctor and / or certification from the Association of Workplace Investigators
