Your Role : Lead Dentist

As a Lead Dentist at Tend, you’ll set the standard for clinical excellence, mentor a high-performing team, and enhance the patient experience in your studio. You’ll balance delivering top-notch dental care with leading and coaching your team of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to achieve their best.

Compensation : Enjoy a competitive base salary plus a production bonus, earning 32–40% of your adjusted production. We also offer leadership bonuses and the support you need to thrive!

What You’ll Do Clinical Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and coach your team in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.
• Conduct performance reviews and create action plans for growth.
• Collaborate with the Lead Hygienist and Lead Dental Assistant for team development.
• Oversee clinical onboarding and quality assurance for new hires.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care across all providers.
