Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a respected hospital in Tulsa, OK . This is a full-time, day shift position working in a dynamic inpatient environment with a strong clinical team and modern technology supporting high-quality patient care.

Schedule :

Full-time, Day Shift : 6 : 30 AM 2 : 30 PM

1 weekend per month

Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities :

Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care to inpatients

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness

Participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Oversee IV admixture preparation and ensure proper medication pounding standards

Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff

Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to medical staff

Support ongoing medication safety and cost-effective formulary management initiatives

Requirements :

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License (RPh or PharmD) required

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BSPharm or PharmD) required

BLS certification required within 90 days of hire

ACLS certification required for Code Blue participation

Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and clinical best practices

Preferred Qualifications :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Prior cardiology or acute care experience a plus
