Senior Technology Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Specialist to provide technical project management and support for IT operations and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the planning, execution, and management of technology projects

Operationalize technology for new customer launches and upgrades, including configuration and integration

Provide technical consulting and support, including vendor management and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience

Strong project management skills with experience in planning and organization

Technical experience with contact center applications and remote access solutions

Knowledge of networking, security, and access control protocols

Ability to conduct independent technical research and provide recommendations
