About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Career Management to lead the strategic vision and operational excellence of its Career Management Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving career readiness initiatives, enhancing employment outcomes, and fostering strong partnerships with employers and alumni. This leadership role is pivotal in influencing the company's reputation among employers, impacting national rankings, and ultimately enhancing the success of students and alumni. The Executive Director will lead a high-performing team and must be adept at developing and implementing strategic initiatives, with a proven track record in relationship management and a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years' of experience in career services, employer relations, or talent development, with a focus on leadership and supervision. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 15 years' of equivalent experience is acceptable. The role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong data fluency. Preferred qualifications include experience in a business school or graduate-level higher education setting and familiarity with industry-standard career management and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of employment trends relevant to business school graduates.
