The role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong data fluency. Preferred qualifications include experience in a business school or graduate-level higher education setting and familiarity with industry-standard career management and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of employment trends relevant to business school graduates.
