What you'll accomplish with us

As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities :

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and written correspondence to resolve inquiries and provide policy information.
• Explain policy coverage and respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Identify requests that require escalation to other departments or management.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate service logs.
• Update policies and maintain a working knowledge of company products.
• Uphold a positive demeanor in a high-volume call center environment.
• Conduct business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and company standards.
