What You'll Do
As our first Senior SDR, you'll be the driving force behind our sales engine, generating new business opportunities and setting us up for success.
Your day-to-day will include :
- Engaging with warm leads generated from our monthly conferences
- Cold calling to expand our reach and create new opportunities
- Setting demos with decision-makers in personal injury law firms
- Managing leads using our HubSpot CRM
- Collaborating closely with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Contributing directly to our mission and revenue growth
- Traveling with the team monthly to all our conferences

What We're Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable with both warm and cold outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
