LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing corporate office in Santa Fe, NM that is looking for a Full-Time Onsite Monday through Friday Administrative Assistant. Pay range is $17.00-$21.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Open / Closes all assigned trust accounts on trust accounting system??
• Liaison between various Operations Department functions and the Accounting Teams
• Maintains a system for all assigned accounts
• Processes payments, distributions, real estate taxes, and estimated tax payments for assigned accounts
• Communicates with clients, beneficiaries, portfolio managers, attorneys, CPAs and other trust professionals regarding accounts as assigned
• Monitors account activity ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, rules and regulation
• Screen all comes coming in to ensure privacy, time management, and efficiency of call flow.
• Manage office operations including mail distribution, package handling, and visitor log in.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office area.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
