Case Manager - Plaintiff High Volume Caseloads!

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients-conducting interviews, gathering case details, and providing regular updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys to build strong case strategies and ensure timely progress.
• Organize and manage case files, including medical records, police reports, and supporting evidence.
• Draft and file legal documents, including demands and letters of representation.
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and witnesses.
• Track deadlines and ensure all case milestones are met.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or opposing parties when appropriate.
• Leverage legal software and digital tools to maintain accurate and accessible case records.
• Provide comprehensive support to the handling attorney throughout the pre-litigation process.
