Senior Vice President of Marketing

A progressive credit union is searching for an SVP, Marketing to lead its brand, digital engagement, and member growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans.

Lead digital marketing, social media, and data-driven member acquisition.

Oversee brand management, public relations, and community engagement.

Partner with lending and retail leaders to drive deposit and loan growth.

Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications :

10+ years of marketing leadership in financial services (credit union experience preferred but not required).

Strong understanding of digital banking, member experience, and data analytics.

Track record of building brand awareness and measurable growth.

Executive presence with ability to collaborate across the C-suite.

Compensation : $150,000 – $200,000 base, plus executive bonus plan
