Pay : $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Location : Roseville, CA (travel to commercial properties in the area)

What You’ll Do :

• Handle general maintenance and repairs : painting, carpentry, plumbing, and janitorial work.
• Inspect commercial properties and address safety or maintenance concerns.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently and communicate updates with management.
• Travel between multiple local commercial sites (mileage reimbursed).
