SpeedPro Addison is a 20-year-old large-format graphics production and installation company specializing in high-impact branding environments, event graphics, and multi-location rollouts. We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to oversee production and installation for several key accounts. This role bridges communication between clients, design, production, and installation teams to ensure every project is executed flawlessly on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage all project phases : quoting, proofs, production, shipping, and installation.
• Coordinate site surveys, logistics, and installations with our nationwide installation partner.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, approvals, and changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using internal tools (Corebridge, shared dashboards, etc.).
• Track deposits, purchase orders, and invoices in coordination with finance / admin staff.
