What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Assist visitors, staff, and patrons by providing information and directions as needed, contributing to a welcoming environment within the location.

Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel and / or Allied Universal management.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and location staff to support a secure and orderly environment for all patrons and employees.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
