💼 About the Role
As Team Lead - Sales Development Representative, you’ll build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of SDRs, 7 to 9 by the end of H1 2026. You’ll own the SDR motion end-to-end : team structure, enablement, performance, and continuous improvement.
You’re both a player and a coach, leading from the front, ensuring every SDR hits quota, and building the systems that make excellence repeatable.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
1. Build and Grow the SDR Team
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of 7–9 SDRs by mid-2026.
2. Drive Pipeline Generation Strategy
Define and continuously optimize prospecting tactics (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, field activity).Align outbound campaigns with regional priorities and AE coverage models.Collaborate with Growth, RevOps, and Sales to refine targeting, messaging, and automation.Ensure each SDR delivers 30+ qualified meetings per month while maintaining high-quality standards.Monitor funnel metrics (response rate, conversion, meetings set → opportunities) and iterate fast.3. Own Sales Enablement & Ramp Performance
Partner with Revenue Enablement to design and execute a structured onboarding and training program.Ensure ramp-up success through consistent tracking, feedback loops, and progressive target increases.Lead performance deep-dives on messaging, tool adoption, and outreach quality.Drive engagement and proficiency with our enablement stack — Salesforce, Modjo, Aircall, etc.Continuously identify gaps in skills or process and close them through enablement initiatives.4. Lead by Example
Be an active prospector : 100 accounts touched per week, 10+ qualified meetings per month.Demonstrate best practices in outreach, qualification, and CRM discipline.Set the tone for urgency, ownership, and clarity.5. Be a Culture Builder
Operate with speed, transparency, and impact.Give and receive feedback with honesty and empathy.Celebrate wins, coach through challenges, and build confidence in the team.Drive a high-performance culture through consistent 1 : 1s, feedback, and skill development.Establish clear ramp milestones for each SDR and track quota attainment during and after ramp.Lead team rituals — daily standups, roleplays, and pipeline reviews — to keep energy and focus high.😊 About You
3–5+ years in SDR / BDR or Inside Sales, ideally in SaaS or tech.Demonstrated success leading or mentoring SDRs with measurable performance outcomes.Proven ability to implement onboarding, enablement, and ramp programs that drive faster productivity.Strong command of CRM, sequencing, and enablement tools (Salesforce, Clay, Modjo, etc.).Analytical mindset with comfort using data to coach and drive accountability.High energy, humility, and bias for action — you lead from the front.Bonus : Experience in restaurant tech or hospitality.Bonus : Spanish fluency.⛳️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits
