Job description5+ years of software development, or 5+ years of technical support experience Experience with ETL systems, SQL Experience using AWS tools, including AWS CloudWatch, S3, EMR, Lambda, Glue, Athena Experience with Varicent, SAP Callidus, HANA (optional) Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications (internal or external facing) Experience with Security and SOX Compliance regulations 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and scripts in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc. Familiarity with ITIL processes Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies Good written and verbal communication skills Cross-team coordination skills to resolve issues Knowledge of networking concepts
Basic qualifications :
- 5+ years of software development, or 5+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of AWS, Varicent ICM, ETL, SQL-based technologies
- Demonstrable understanding of web services, data systems, technical workflows, and software development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications :
Ability to identify performance issues in enterprise applications.
